REDEVELOPMENT PLAN AMENDMENTS/MERGER – SAN BERNARDINO
RSG is currently (2010) assisting the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Bernardino with a number of amendments to, and the merging of, the redevelopment plans for seven existing redevelopment project areas. The amendments include increasing the tax increment and bonded indebtedness limits; adding capital projects; extending the redevelopment plan duration for two project areas by ten years; and adopting a single merged, amended, and restated redevelopment plan for the merged project area. The amendments/merger is expected to be completed by October 2010.
