VARIOUS RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL PROJECTS - GOLETA
Since 2005, RSG has been providing a range of redevelopment, administrative and implementation services to the Goleta Redevelopment Agency. Recent engagements include analysis and negotiation of an affordable housing partnership between the Agency and The Towbes Group, resulting in the Sumida Gardens mixed-income apartment community that meets the Agency’s current housing production obligations. RSG has also advised the City on a potential acquisition of real property for City Hall, including market and pro forma analysis of the costs to acquire a proposed 72,000 square foot commercial building.
