RSG is wholly owned by four active Principals, who are each actively engaged in the company's consulting engagements. Collectively, the Principals hold over 115 years of experience in redevelopment and community development and are recognized as expert leaders in the field. In addition to serving as RSG's Principals and Board of Directors, they are committed to furthering the field and serve their communities in a variety of ways, such as mentoring, serving as a technical advisor to the California Redevelopment Association Board of Directors, sitting on the Board of Trustees for the Julian High School District, coaching youth soccer, and more.
