Debbie Weinstein

Associate and Office Manager

Debbie Weinstein has been providing RSG with various levels of administrative services for almost 20 years. During this time, she has assisted with daily needs of in-house staff, as well as responded to requests from outside clients. With 15 years of experience prior to joining RSG, she is able to contribute many areas of expertise, lending to the strength of RSG's administrative staff.

As Office Manager, Ms. Weinstein has the pleasure of being a valuable resource to a variety of staff members. Her supervision and relationship with other members of the support staff are beneficial towards the company's success. She has accomplished the necessary leadership in the corporate operations with her open communication and sense of need.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Weinstein was the Executive Secretary to the two founders of RSG. This provided the foundation for developing knowledge of the organization and its internal works. The daily personal, hands-on experience with RSG's principals gave her the ability to learn, grow, and, eventually, advance. These steps were critical to the future success of both personal and company growth.

Ms. Weinstein has pride in knowing the behind-the-scenes operations of RSG are essential to its success. She leads the administrative team in accomplishing the flow of operations on a daily basis. This is what helps the company to assist the clients to aid the communities. Every role is key.
