As a Business Systems Analyst, Fari Kashef manages all internal business systems and leverages technology to accomplish the growing needs of the firm. Mr. Kashef has over three years of experience auditing and analyzing data, business processes, and business opportunities to maximize profitability. Prior to his tenure with RSG, Mr. Kashef leveraged his research skills and expertise with Excel and financial systems to produce compelling financial and customer reports presenting key performance indicators (KPI) to management teams to make business improvement decisions.

Since joining RSG in 2009, Mr. Kashef has served as the in-house coordinator of all business systems; interfaced with RSG's management team to identify new systems and reporting needs; and analyzed current systems and designed improved methods, processes, and reports for more effectively and efficiently operating the business.

RSG outsources its accounting functions and information technology support to third party providers. Mr. Kashef serves as the interface between these professionals and RSG's management team to develop improved management tools and systems integration. In addition to these duties, he has also developed and maintained a data base of project profiles of past RSG client engagements for the company's website.

Mr. Kashef is excited about working for RSG. He particularly enjoys the new opportunities and technological possibilities that are associated with growing companies like RSG.
