Taking John Elkington’s philosophy of the Triple Bottom Line to heart, RSG’s role in sustainable development projects is to provide leadership and management for our clients by combining our core values with proven competencies that focus on energy savings, recycling programs, community outreach, and sound economics. Few professional sustainable project management teams can boast experience in more than a handful of LEED certified projects. At RSG, our first sustainable development project out of the gate became LEED Platinum certified as the nation’s largest multifamily affordable housing development. We are currently engaged in a multitude of sustainable projects across California ranging from rehabilitation of existing apartment units to new construction of single-family units.
