Santa Ana “On Track” for Streetcar

The Streetcar would travel from the Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center (SARTC) through Downtown Santa Ana to a transit center that is to be constructed in Garden Grove. It would simplify getting around Santa Ana.

Providing better connectivity to jobs and local businesses in a dense area is just one of many ways to inspire economic development. The Streetcar would offer easy access to businesses, restaurants, entertainment and other amenities.

The streetcar would circumvent parking shortages in Santa Ana and provide a pivotal connection to Metrolink at the SARTC, a focal point of transportation in Orange County. It combines Amtrak, Metrolink, Orange County Transit Authority, intercity and interstate bus transportation and airport and taxi services in one location.

The streetcar would pass right by RSG’s headquarters! As a member of the business community, RSG is excited to see the potential for local economic development through transit.
