On Thursday, Alexa Smittle, Hitta Mosesman, and I attended the Urban Land Institute Orange County/Inland Empire Young Leaders Group Emerging Leadership Awards (ULI OC/IE YLG ELAs, how’s that for alphabet soup!).

RSG was nominated for the Outstanding Employer Award for its support of professional development and training for early-career staff members. RSG’s nomination reflects one of our guiding principles, a focus on people. That includes the people in the client-communities we serve, as well as the people who do that serving, from the interns to the principals. The support that RSG provides to its younger staff also ensures that our collective positive impact will be made and felt literally for generations.

The ceremony included a very colorful, entertaining, and inspiring speech from Adrian Foley, Chief Operating Officer of Brookfield Residential (pictured).
