In this month’s Employee Spotlight, we sat down with Dominique Clark, Senior Associate at RSG and a beloved employee of 8 years! She opened up about what brought her to RSG, why she’s fulfilled in her role, and how she enjoys spending her time out of the office.

After earning a BA in Sociology from Wheaton College and working for the Illinois state government, Dominique realized she wanted a job that had a stronger local impact. In 2013, after receiving a Master of Public Policy from the University of Southern California, she joined RSG. Her innate desire to help others molded seamlessly with RSG’s commitment to help communities design solutions that are centered around community development and make places better for people to work and live in.

Dominique shares her knowledge and proficiency in real estate, municipal finance, and affordable housing to create positive change across California communities. Her work includes real estate disposition, pro forma analyses, affordable housing work, fiscal impact analyses, and fiscal consultant and continuing disclosure reports.

“I love working with such a diverse range of clients. Our projects are engaging, keep me motivated and on my toes, and provide the opportunity to constantly learn new things. I’m also grateful to be on a team of like-minded individuals; everyone’s at the top of their game and invested in giving back to the community.”

In the last year, Dominique became a mother. For her, becoming a parent has been the most meaningful and fun challenge she’s taken on yet. With any extra spare time, she likes playing and watching volleyball as well as singing and playing the piano. We’re so lucky to have her on Team RSG and are appreciative of all that she does!
