We are thrilled to share that 2021 has brought us two additions to our existing team of all-star staff who work to uplift residents and businesses across California. Please join us in welcoming Dianna Dunne-Vecchio, Content Writer and Marketing Manager, and Alejandra Martinez, Research Assistant, to the RSG family.
Dianna joins RSG after earning a B.A in Communications with a minor in Political Science from University of California, Davis and undertaking roles in marketing, public relations, and community development. She kick-started her career in college at the City of Concord, CA by assisting with marketing and economic development projects. Dianna then served a diverse range of clients at a public relations agency in San Diego and continued refining her communications skills at a startup that was building the marketing department from the ground up.
As part of the administrative branch at RSG, Dianna is responsible for all marketing efforts, proposal and conference management, legislation tracking, metrics analysis, and assisting the two principals with day-to-day activities of the business. In addition to her work, Dianna has a passion for traveling, appreciates good food and trying out new restaurants, doesn’t miss an opportunity to spend quality time with others, and loves getting lost in a movie.
Alejandra holds a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Urban and Regional Studies from University of California, Los Angeles. As a former undergraduate student researcher for the California Governor’s Office of Planning and Research, Alejandra has experience conducting comprehensive quantitative analyses. She also spent time at the Los Angeles Alliance for a New Economy (LAANE) analyzing socioeconomic data and developing exploratory maps to understand challenges in their target city.
Alejandra continues her work in affordable housing and community development at RSG and has assisted with compliance monitoring, reviewing reporting requirements, and drafting agreement summaries for affordable housing projects. Beyond her personal mission of helping communities thrive, Alejandra is an avid runner and hiker, a devoted museumgoer, and recently adopted a rambunctious cat who loves to sunbathe. She also enjoys exploring bookstores and coffeeshops in the LA area.
We are proud to have Dianna and Alejandra on the team and value the energy and insight they bring to all aspects of their work!
