Watch out! RSG is growing at lightning speed. Please join us in welcoming Kady Williams, Business Office Coordinator, Dena Fuentes, Director, and Jessica Henderson, Associate, to RSG! With the addition of these three wonderful new women, the opportunities to better serve our clients, and employees, are endless. Let’s explore who they are and what they’re all about!

— KADY WILLIAMS —

Kady joined RSG with enthusiasm to support clients and staff who are dedicated to helping communities thrive. She was born in Riverside, California, but grew up in Orange, California, where most of her family currently resides. Kady began her career working as a Special Education Instructional Aide for the same School District that raised her. Her passion for volunteering in her community has warranted awards such as an Outstanding Staff Award and Classified Employee of the Month Award for her efforts in shaping young minds and providing resources for families in need.

As the Business Office Coordinator, Kady oversees expenses, reimbursements, and assists with monthly client billing; manages conferences and company insurance; and helps with staff onboarding, training, and marketing needs. She also is an executive assistant to the two Principals and provides general support to staff and clients on day-to-day activities and overall business development initiatives.

“I am passionate about supporting communities across the map. I enjoy working with like-minded people who all immerse themselves in shaping communities toward bolder futures.”

On her own time, you can catch Kady making crafts and attending craft fairs, cooking new recipes, volunteering, or spending time with family. She has also recently become a first-time Auntie, and she couldn’t be enjoying it more!

— DENA FUENTES —

Dena has been blessed to have her vocation and avocation align for over 35 years working for the public sector. She is passionate about providing opportunity to all residents of the communities she works with by leading efforts to finance and build needed community resources. This includes creation of jobs, new public facilities, affordable housing opportunities, infrastructure, and addressing housing and services for homeless residents.

Dena’s educational experience combined with over 25 years of executive leadership at the municipal and county level provides a complimentary set of experiences and skills to guide and implement complex projects, programs, and policies. Dena was the Deputy Executive Officer (retired) of the Community Development and Housing Agency for San Bernardino County which included the oversight of the Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino, the Office of Homeless Services, and the Community Development and Housing Department.

“Revitalizing communities to bring equity, opportunity, and hope for families, residents, and businesses is the essence of local government. Being a collaborative facilitator and problem solver to achieve the community results inspires who I am and what I am about.”

While passionate about her career, Dena is an avid sports fan who cheers on the Dodgers, UCLA, and Dallas Cowboys. Her creative outlet is art quilting, and she and her husband are expanding their adventures to include more traveling. Dena was born in Los Angeles and grew up in Sunland-Tujunga community where she played softball and enjoyed the idyllic family-oriented neighborhood she grew up.

— JESSICA HENDERSON —

Jessica hopped on the RSG train and brought with her over 10 years of experience in the affordable housing industry. Her background includes development, affordable housing finance, compliance monitoring, resident services, and property management. She has extensive experience working with government agencies and is effective in building strong working relationships in both the public and private sector in order to find solutions.

Jessica’s experience at RSG has already included assisting in the creation of a three-year strategic plan for a rent stabilization program, researching options to restructure a master loan agreement, and reviewing applications for a city’s first mobilehome park rental adjustment application.

“I strive to facilitate strong relationships with local government and residents by providing solutions for affordable housing, economic development, and financial stewardship. Trust and equity should be a part of all communities.”

Jessica enjoys sharing her creativity including drawing, writing, playing guitar, and singing. She also can’t wait for her next camping adventure with her husband and kids so they can hike and soak in the beauty of nature. Jessica was born in San Diego and has no intentions of leaving our beautiful state of California.

Welcome to the team Kady, Dena, and Jessica!
