RSG provides LRPMP (long range property management plan) disposition services to the Firebaugh Successor Agency, among several other successor agencies. In 2013, the Firebaugh Successor Agency wished to sell six properties, a mix of residential and commercial. RSG developed an offering memorandum for the sites and handled the advertising and distribution of the solicitation. As part of this project, and as is common in most of our real estate work for cities, RSG prepared notices, resolutions and staff reports as well as made presentations to the Successor Agency and Oversight Board.
