RSG has served as the City of Westminster’s real estate and economic development consultant for over 10 years. Recent activities include providing broker opinions of (property) values and ground leases, negotiating a hotel incentive agreement for the proposed $150 Million Bolsa Row mixed-use project in the heart of Little Saigon, and ongoing negotiations on a Public/Private Partnership agreement with a developer for repositioning of the Civic Center campus. RSG previously prepared the City’s Economic Development Strategy, as well as marketing materials for the ICSC RECON retailers networking conference in Las Vegas. Additionally, the City engaged RSG to assist with program design, marketing materials, application, and revenue certification forms for their Small Business Emergency Relief Grant Program. RSG will also conduct the lottery to determine grant recipients, and then review applications and supporting documentation to verify compliance with eligibility requirements.
