RSG completed a complex incorporation feasibility analysis for Rim of the World. As with all of our projects, we approached the work in a careful and thoughtful manner. RSG looked at things that could potentially change and how they would impact the potential city’s revenues and expenditures. To do so, we collected as much data as possible, generated forecasts, ran different scenarios, and stress-tested them to arrive at the most realistic forecasts given the data available.
Through our experience, we understand the controversial and sensitive nature of these kinds of analyses and help our clients to present the information in a clear and sensitive way to address the concerns of the communities, while coming up with conclusions based on a thoughtful and thorough analysis. Our work for this specific project was recently featured in two local papers, the Alpenhorn News and the Mountain News.
