To keep up with the demand for our services, RSG has expanded by adding four employees in the past two months — a senior associate, an associate, a research assistant/housing technician, and a business office coordinator – and we’re still hiring. In response to the ever-changing needs of our clients, we are growing and adapting to continue to provide excellent services to communities when they need it most.
Our firm’s expansion reflects the environment in community development as a whole. Simply put, communities are recovering from the recession and growing again. People are building again. Communities are coming back to life.
It’s essential for RSG to be there for those communities, to use our expertise and experience to help guide them. Not only have we added skilled professionals who perform their job efficiently, but we’ve added people who truly buy into the RSG vision: better communities, bolder futures. Our firm – and the people that embody it – holds a set of ideals about what we do. We aren’t just consultants; we’re trusted advisors to these communities. Our primary focus is the betterment of the people in them. Our new staff manifests that vision, and we’re proud of it.
“Communities first” has always been the RSG mantra, and with our recent expansion, we’re more prepared than we’ve ever been to answer the call and do what it takes to serve our clients. Our firm has added even more capacity to respond to our clients’ challenges with fluid and innovative solutions. Above all, we have bolstered our ability to carry out our mission and help propel communities towards their goals.
Business is booming, and we couldn’t be happier about it.
