Nate joined the RSG team as an Associate. The move reflects RSG’s expansion in the real estate area.

For the past eight years, Gunderman has worked in the commercial real estate industry as an analyst beginning with a retail developer in Arizona, followed by a national leasing retail brokerage company and most recently with a market leading investment real estate services firm. In addition, he has obtained a Master of Real Estate Development and a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning from Arizona State University with a Minor in Geography.
Gunderman has helped to valuate more than 7 million square feet of retail shopping centers across California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah and New Mexico. He has been involved in market analysis, financial analysis and database creation. In addition he has built working relationships with owners, developers, institutional lenders, municipal agencies and brokers.
Developing creative solutions to forge public-private partnering opportunities, RSG provides a broad range of real estate, economic development and governmental consulting services to public agencies and private investors.
