Jeff joined RSG as an Analyst.  His areas of specialization are housing market analysis, transportation policy and planning and data-driven outreach.

“The process of looking at big data and teasing out hidden correlations is the most rewarding part of my work,” Khau explained.  “Beneath all those numbers is a story, and it’s my job to tell that story.”

Using a data-driven and evidenced-based approach to solving problems, he provides stakeholders and policy-makers the tools they need to make an informed decision about important matters. He believes in ushering solutions that are executable and cost-efficient.

Recent projects have included analyzing property taxes among various cities to assess the impact of redevelopment agencies on municipal structural deficit and providing relocation assistance to displaced business owners by curating listings of potential new sites.  Khau is a Licensed California Broker (BRE #01891467), a member of the Chinese American Citizens Alliance and a member of Lions Club International – Orange County Vietnamese American Chapter.

Khau earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Chapman University.  He also holds a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning and a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the University of Southern California.
