Gathered and synthesized rent registry data from 9 cities as part of a report for the City of Santa Ana to inform plans for Rent Stabilization and Just Cause Ordinance implementation.

Gathered and synthesized lease data from publicly traded biotechnology and life sciences industry companies in the Bay Area to support commercial real estate lease negotiations in the City of San Carlos.

Compiled real estate data and provided customized relocation assistance to mobile home park tenants in the City of Carson to ensure that residents found suitable and affordable housing options.

Reviewed expense data and prepared correspondence to process capital improvements applications for mobile home parks in the City of Carson.

Assisted with research on surrounding cities’ economic development departments for an economic development and strategic analysis report prepared for the City of Carlsbad.

Conducted market research on new homes and rental apartments, identified comparable residential real estate, and created data visualizations to support feasibility analysis of a downtown development in the City of Rohnert Park.

Prepared application documents and provided administrative support to candidate service providers in the Sacramento Continuum of Care for HUD’s 2022 Special NOFO to Address Unsheltered and Rural Homelessness.

Analyzed data and conducted a literature review of rent stabilization and just cause regulations in California and the City of San Jose to identify opportunities for the City to improve the implementation of tenant protection policies.
